The time is now to tell Happy to Share. The issue could not be more timely and the negative affects of AI are wiping out a generation of women from the workforce.

Happy to Share is a response to this endemic and aims to shine a spotlight on this issue that is affecting so many women globally.

To be clear, the advancement of technology is vital and necessary, but when said advancements lead to where we are now, a light needs to be shone brightly on the controversial and negative effects of the technology that is succeeding in putting smart, tenacious, successful middle-aged women out to pasture long before their time.
